I am facing difficulties when trying to refund the buyer their money back. Back then, it was easy to refund the buyers their money, but now I seriously having a bad time with this. It gives to be an error for refunding the buyer and I should add another payment. and when I try to do that I still receive the same error. It is not the first time this happens to be and it is frustrating. Any help or suggestions?

REfunding in MP is extremely easy.
Go to your Seller Hub. Then to Paid Orders, find the order you need to refund. There is a drop down menu on the left side of the screen. Look at that and select REFUND. Click on that and follow the instructions on your screen.

I know that, but I don't know it gives me an error every time I try to refund a buyer.

Typically when an error message appears it is a temporary thing. Just try back again a little later or the next day. Are you saying the same error message appears today as it did 4 days ago? If that is true, then you need to contact Ebay directly and report the technical issue. We can't do that for you.

Might be getting an error message because the buyer hasn't paid.
Double check that your finding the transaction under "Paid" orders.
