Hey lady's and gents I have been getting "Recurring Withdrawal Debit Card" from SAN JOS CA and I DON'T know what it is nor did I authorize it. I have lost over $100 of my own money at this point so any help is welcome.

Call the number on the back of the card.  See what they can tell you about the charges. You can then dispute them if they are not yours.

I actually went to the bank and said to bring it up with eBay.

"Bring it up with eBay" sounds to me like you should dispute the charges with your payment provider.
