I bought a product but after I paid the seller did not send the order and does not respond to messages, after almost 2 weeks I asked eBay to intervene to get my money back, after a few days on eBay it shows me that the case was closed in my favor and the money was returned to the card I paid with. A day has passed and I still have not received the money on the card, I went into my eBay account to check the payment information and I found a mistake, the name and surname indicated in payments are wrong and do not correspond to the card, maybe it is some kind of glitch, maybe when I changed the delivery address the payments also changed.
I got a refund a week ago for another case, but then I got the money back on the card, the payments data was exactly the same.
How is it possible to pay with a card if the name and surname indicated in payments does not correspond to the data on the real card?
