QR code issues, Anyone can offer advice?

Hi everyone,

Seller and Buyer (me) had a local pickup arrangement. Everything went smoothly till it asks the seller for a QR code or 6 digit number that buyer is supposed to receive.  Our transaction is done but seller can't close their sale without this 6 digit number which I cant find. Can anyone tell me where to find this info or have similar problem in past? Thanks all as I want to help seller complete the end of transaction on their end.

QR codes not being sent by ebay...use facebook marketplace.
