Purchased, they used my old email to send confirmation, was no way of giving them my new email

I ordered a boxed perfume for women today... 9/15/2024_ I have ordered products from Ebay for years, and have never had a bad experience, I entered all of my information to purchase, and, in bold blue print I was thanked for ordering, but then saw that they were sending the confirmation to my last email address...I got on chat to explain, but was told that there isn't any purchase indicated! I looked at the section that they have the perfumes, and didn't see that particular perfume at the price I paid on the page that I ordered it from...I am now left hanging, and *Ebay has all of my personal information*...  can anybody  tell what I can do to rectify this? they won't allow me to enter my new email address.

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account?
