Problems with Update Your Account Details

Hello. My bank account for ebay payments hasn't changed at all. I have clicked to the red banner to update my bank account with the same details but it's not working. I went to the bank, took a photo of the bank statement send it to ebay but it's still not working. After that I've downloaded  the bank statement from my bank app, but the pdf file is too small and ebay doesn't accept it, so I took a screenshot of it and send it to ebay. I've done that like 4-5 times and is not working. I get the message We couldn't verify the bank information you provided. The bank statement has my name on it and my account number. I don't understand what is the issue. Thank you
