Problems getting Verified and receiving Managed Payments

I sold for many years with payments going thru Paypal without any problem being "Verified".  Under Managed Payments my credit union was not on the list so Ebay required "Verification".  I uploaded a cancelled check as I was told to do.  The message that my account needed to be verified continued but the payments were going into my account.  But I continued to get messages that my payments were being withheld until I could be verified.  CS told me not to worry about this.  Then the payments stopped over a week ago.  I changed credit unions for other reasons a few days later and of course the new one was not on their list either.  I got a message I needed to upload a voided check on the new account.  I have done that last week.  My payments are still on hold.  Ebay's system to return requests for phone calls has been "temporarily" unavailable for the last few days.  I NEED THE MONEY but obviously Ebay does not care.  Is there anything else I can do?

Problems getting Verified and receiving Managed Payments

There have been a lot of posts with this problem lately, and not many success stories that I have seen. There are a couple things to try. First review this post and see if you can make that work.  https://community.ebay.com/t5/Payments/A-new-way-to-verify-your-bank-account-for-managed-payments/td...

If that doesn't help you can contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem. They usually get back to you in 24 - 48 hours.
