Problem with wrongly returned order

I bought an item (item A) on April 24, 2021. Paid for item A that day, using my credit card and at the same time I bought another item (item B), then I realized that I bought the wrong model so I wanted to cancel item B, but I got confused and wrongly clicked return on item A, so I quickly clicked cancel, and then I clicked on cancel for item B, I got my refund and was pretty happy. Item A was supposed to arrive on May 1st.

Now it's May 7 and the seller keeps saying that he can't deliver my item and that he can't give me money back. My credit card company has already charge me.

I keep trying to reach eBay but I only get the same page saying that I already have a case, when I check for open cases I don't see any open case.

I just wanted to know if I have been scammed? The seller has had the account since 2018 and has 100% of rating and 31 orders.

Scammed no but you have made a confusing mess.    First call your card company and see what is going on with that charge. It many have been canceled already.

I called the company and they said that the payment when through and I need to pay it when the credit card comes due.

What does it show for the purchase on your my eBay page and did you click to return it or cancel it?

I would click the help and contact link at lower right of this page. You will need to speak to eBay I think.
