Problem with bank details

Hello again, everything has been running smoothly with payouts every Tuesday, like clockwork for the past months, but I've still had a banner in the seller hub that reads "You need to update your account details on file in order to avoid any issues with payouts in the future. Update account details" ever since I joined Managed Payments.

 

I received an e-mail regarding this on Wednesday;

Hi,
We couldn't verify the bank account information you provided.

You need to do this so you can receive payouts.

 

Is this a glitch? How or why would they send payouts if it isn't verified already? I didn't get the micro-deposits I did ask for, but since the money started rolling in I figured it was an error on their part and everything was good. Thanks in advance!

Problem with bank details

They sometimes do this as a Security Check.  The best thing you can do so that your service isn't interrupted and funds held it so comply and give them the info they request as soon as possible.

You need to update your account details on file in order to avoid any issues with payouts in the future. Update aaccount details.

 

I have done this 4x now and it still says this at the top of the hub. Anyone else figure it out?

Then it may be time for you to contact Ebay and ask why?  Keeping in mind that when you go in and change your information, it is not instant that Ebay would remove the flag.  They need a few days to verify the information.
