I see that you are registered in Morocco. Are you having trouble setting up your account with Payoneer?

It normally takes several weeks after you have successfully linked your Payoneer account to eBay, before eBay will allow you to start listing items for sale.

Payoneer lets you know RIGHT AWAY if you were able to successfully link your Payoneer account to eBay.

AFTER successfully linking to Payoneer it takes 2-4 WEEKS for eBay to activate your selling account. eBay will send you an email when you're all set.
