please someone should help me contact eBay for me. I have requested for calls but no way. My problem is that I wanted to pay for balance of d Benz I bought online here . But if I click on complete purchase. eBay site will display “there is an error. Please try again “

It is Mercedes benz. Auto listing have changed its policy. You must complete the purchase on eBay. If I want to do so. It will showing me messages error.  I have made deposit of 500$ remaining the balance which I must pay from complete purchase

Admittedly, I've never bought a vehicle here. So I pulled up the policy. >> Buying vehicles, parts, and accessories | eBay

Are you using the 'Escrow.com' method of payment? Also... did the seller require the immediate $500 deposit?

Feel free to give the listing number (if you want) so that we can eyeball it. 👀
Someone with knowledge/experience will come along that can give you advice. Hang in there...

Yes. He acknowledged that he received 500$. I used Visa card mode of payment to pay him

I have ask the seller to collect cash during pick up . He insist that the remaining balance must pay through eBay payment. Somebody should help me please

eBay now offers the option for you to pay through Caramel, though I haven't used that, but I'm concerned about the possibility of some type of scam here.

According to eBay, that vehicle sold on July 25th.  Over 3 weeks ago.

Yes. I bought it on 25th July. Since then I m have problem to complete the purchase. I decided to bring this issue here

The listing states they don't ship, you have to pick up. Could it be that the seller assumed since you are in Nigeria, that wouldn't be possible? Of course, if that's the case, I would think they'd contact you; seems the right thing to do. Good luck in resolving your issue.

Caramel is not available in Nigeria. You must have a US driver’s license. Sorry, I did not think to check your country originally.

yes, I think , EBay changed the mode of payment . I have been buying cars from eBay since 2017. Then I have a forwarder in Texas that handle all the sea shipping . Before ,eBay don’t ask about driving licences during check out. Please someone should help me so that I can make the payment and pick my car.

I have tell the seller to get a trucker to take it to Jacksonville port or him can do it for me while my shipping company in Texas we handle the shipping through Jacksonville to lagos. He have agreed to help me take it to port of Jacksonville. But issue here is that I cant complete my purchase . It show error message . Someone please tag eBay agent please
