I am getting  "Please check your payment details or use a different payment option" when paying in full using GC. I have use gift cards before, but this is the first time i have this happened.

I did not know buyers registered in Panama could use gift cards.  I'd  like to see when that changed.

Are you trying to buy from a U.S. seller? Redemption terms on eBay.com says you must have a registered address in the U.S. and a shipping address in the U.S.

The other eBay site I know of that accepts gift cards ( Australia) says you must have an Australian address.
