Paypal sucks

Sent payment via Paypal. It was refunded for some reason. No one knows why. I am trying to pay the seller but have all sorts of roadblocks. I can pick up the phone and contact my credit card company but Paypal won't take calls. So I spend countless frustrating hours back and forth through Paypal messaging. I just want to pay the seller!!! I am frustrated, the seller is frustrated. All this for a $10 item.  I simply will not use paypal in the future.

Never again will I use PayPal they stole over $2000 from me just to show they could do it I was promised in writing and on the phone I would get it back after 180 days PayPal Sucks and steals your money with the fine print and nothing can be done
