Hi my funds are on hold I been a eBay seller for 12 years this July first time my funds are on hold they want me to provide a social insurance number of itin number well iam Canadian and don’t have these numbers so I guess they will never release the funds on a sale  whst do they do with the surplus money ? I deleted all my listing no longer going to sell but privately by adertiseing on the interest look at you tube there are  horror stories of people never getting there funds or payouts   And they are lots check out YouTube so i guess I’ll never get my funds

You are registered in the US and I presume although you're Canadian you're in the US, therefore if you are earning money here then it's subject to US tax laws. What is the address you provided when you registered as being in the US?  It will go to the state associated to your address when you registered.

Hi I registered in Canada  then moved to the USA been in many different locations 

got paid ok by google and ok by eBay lots of money but this last event due to Biden signing sinewing with the patriots act

my PayPal works ok my bank works ok as Canada gives me my payouts from the government I use my bank to buy on eBay I buys lots and I sell very little these days

I maybe something in a few months

I would say just open a US based online bank account,,,but it won't be that simple because you are selling out of the US but you are still a canadian citizen? (I assume)

Yes Canadian citizen but with a USA bank account fir many years
