Is receiving Payouts straight into Paypal no longer an option?

Now to sell on eBay you have to sign up for their managed payments program.

And your last sale showing on Feedback was a year or more ago, so you would be subject to 30 day hold on your payout. Returning sellers with no sales in the past 90 days are subject to the hold. Because you might not be you, they want to make sure everything is on the up and up. 

Until you get everything setup for Managed Pay, I would hold up any posting any listings.

That is correct.

I see you have feedback so I don't think there will be a hold up on your sales.

But you have to sign in for manage payments by giving a checking account and a social security number. Otherwise, your money will be on hold.

Usually you get your money in 3 business days...Saturday, Sunday & holidays are not business days.

Having feedback that is a from a year ago for selling is what triggers the hold. Buying does not count against that hold. How often you get a payout, depends on what you sign up for. 

Other thing also, returning sellers can have sales limits. It is like you are starting fresh/new.
