Payouts only go through sometimes

First off I hate the new payout system, hopefully eBay is listening, the majority of the comments I see are people saying they are leaving due to this. I can imagine any added time in payouts mean interest earned by eBay on our money.  My payouts go through sometimes other times it gets rejected and tried again later, which means more time they earn interest on my money. My bank info is up to date, and like I said sometimes works on the first try. Why the issues?

Ebay Does NOT earn interest on a sellers money. 

You would need to talk to your bank ...the issue may be with them.

Tick that link and read through it. Being a fairly new (or returning?) seller, I find it more likely to be something on the list.

I’ve never had a rejected payment - or even a late payment - from eBay/Adyen.  I’d think that the problem lies with your bank.  

We don’t see many sellers leaving over MP - not any longer.  Perhaps the ones who couldn’t adjust did leave, or perhaps we’re just accustomed to it by now.  

Many of us prefer MP - it really is a step up from PayPal, IMO.

That's because before @zookeeper615* when we used to get paid at PayPal 

- then we shipped the item to the buyer,

- got feedback,

- and moved on with our lives.

We didn't pay eBay for the final value fees

- until 30 days later, when we got the invoice,

- while we made interest on that money for 30 days.

Are you on daily or weekly payouts?

I'm on weekly payouts and my funds are in my checking account every Wednesday morning.

I think I'm on the pay right away, or asap. I can try changing it to weekly, see if that helps. thanks

Maybe not rejecting is the term, but I get messages saying "the payment didn't go through" and money is returned to my account until they try again. But other times the payment goes through no problem. No pattern I can see. I reentered my info to see if that helps, might switch it to a weekly payout.
