So just for the heck of it , I decided to check out the payout on demand. If I ever needed money in a pinch it would come in handy.
Entered my debit card numbers and it tells me to up load my bank statement. (My debit card is attached to the bank account used to receive my payouts)
No problem right? That would be a huge negative.
It asks for a COLOR statement..my bank never sends color statements they are only black and white.
I didn't want to fool with that anymore, since my bank account is already approved for payouts. I do receive my payouts as normal.
My debit card is already in my account to pay for fees and purchases.
I just noticed this...it looks like my debit card was approved for payouts on demand for 1.5%. But there's the red banner.... It just won't go away.
There's no way to request micro deposits instead of a statement. So I get to look at that lovely red banner across the top of my Seller hub.
Plus, there's no option to cancel the payout on demand request , there should be, people do change their minds.

@ebooksdiva I can't find the thread now but I seem to remember some sellers who were having issues with On Demand Payouts to debit card were able to "opt out" by going into their account settings and deleting that card from their stored payments.
Not sure if that will help, but might be worth a try?

No no way to download. If I could they would be in black and white. The one I just received in the mail is also Black and white. Even when I go to the bank they tell me their printers only print in black and white.
I just want to cancel the request and have the red banner removed. Thank you
ETA: I think it's crazy to expect banks to have color bank statements.

@ebooksdiva Ok thank you for letting me know. I can share this with our payments team on the process for signing up. In regards to the banner on your account, you would have to reach out to our payments team here to have further assistance.

I just got off chat with an agent named Alisha.
It seems it’s going to take a while for the banner to be removed or an act of Congress which ever comes first. Lol

It won't be those clowns at Congress for sure. The ebay staff is more competent than those fools.
