Payouts in the negative????????

I was on ebay 23 years ago kept my account open and started reselling a year ago. Then all of a sudden my payouts started being in the negative. I would get paid and then it was retracted to a negative and I had to owe ebay money. I looked in payments and it showed .35 insertion fees on the items I had already listed awhile back. There is no way to make money if they do this. Basically I am paying to list an item then paying on the back end too. I may have to sell elsewhere. What is going on? this never happened before about six months ago. I contacted ebay and they said oh yeah we have been doing that, no they have not. HELP

Payouts in the negative????????

you get 250 free listing insertions per month

They renew monthly using one of the"free"

When you use all 250 the listing insertion fee is 35 cents per.

You currently have 310 listings.

You have likely used your 250 in the past resulting in a 35 cent each charge for some

ETA:  Available resets to 250 on the 1st day of each month.

It reset to 250 today.

Renewing listings and new listings will each use one of the 250.

In the seller hub (Promotional offers) it will show  your used/left   example ---   0/250.  will change as each renews. Clicking on "view expired offers" will show previous months.

Payouts in the negative????????

Without a store, you need to stay under 250 listings a month.

If you have 200 listings that didn't sell last month, when they renew this month, it uses 200 of your listings, leaving you 50 new ones to list this month.

Right now, you have 310 listings.

Have a great day.

Payouts in the negative????????

You need to :

A. Reduce the active and renewable listings to 250 or less

or

B. Subscribe toa store that will give you more than 250 Free Listings per month.

otherwise, you will be charged an insertion fee for every listing (new or renewed) over your monthly allotment of 250
