Payouts are on hold until bank verification.

So in September I needed to verify my bank, I did do using  microdeposits to my bank,  ebay told me later that they had verified my bank details so all good.

Now I have money on hold from a sale. They say I need to verify my bank again, saying that the statement needs to show my name and address, transactions and bank logo.  I have all these but they're not all on one page together. My name and address and transactions are on one page but not with the bank logo, the logo is on another one.

I uploaded two docs / pics but ebay won't accept them. 

It's unbelievable!!

Have you considered actually posting a question and asking for advice from the member here? No one here can offer advice of suggestions if we don't know what is going on with your account. I have to agree with one of the other posters; if you can't get your funds, why still sell?
