I sold 3 items recently. eBay made payout on 2 of the 3. Payout on the third item seems not to have been done. I don't understand why. Can anyone help me?

I'm also frustrated that it is nearly impossible to speak with a live customer service person. eBay has over 11,000 employees. One would think they would have a more accessible customer service staff.

Good morning @stevestrac. Is there a return or a case opened on the item? Within the payout screen, under the transaction details, it often will show you why it's delayed.
