Payout status showing: Declined Waiting for retry

Hey,

I just checked my seller hub and my last payment shows as Declined Waiting for retry. I know nothing's wrong with my banking info since I got my previous payment and eBay also made me confirm my identity like 3 weeks ago.

Has anyone else had this issue before? If so, how long did it take before you ended up receiving your payment?

When I had a payout declined,it showed as failed in the am.

But by later that afternoon they were able to successfully resend it.
