Payout delayed, no explanation....

I've been with ebay for 21 years. All of a sudden they've stopped issuing my payments for items sold. The message just says in progress and it's been the same for the last 6-7 days . Currently they're sitting on £470 and the call centre staff have no idea why it's delayed. What do i do ?

YOu reached the Ebay USA boards.  Try posting on the UK boards.  The policy might be different over there. Here, you need to provide a valid ID, a bank account and the social security number. ALL 3 names must match exactly.  You can't be William Jones in one place and Will Jones in the other .

Except for sales this month your last  feedback for selling was between 90 days and 6 months ago. That means you'll  be treated as a new seller subject to new seller payment holds. When your account goes dormant for several months they treat you like a new seller all over again. Your  funds should be released between 14 - 30 days if you have a checking account and a payment method for seller fees attached to eBay.
