Payout date keeps getting pushed

I was trying to sell my 1st time on ebay with the new payout system. After the funds were made available, my payout date was set to daily but continued getting pushed. Payout Date is today but come today it would get pushed to tomorrow and so forth. Is this normal? I chatted with ebay and they said it's just the system.

I ended up having to cancel the item due to it breaking but I recently listed more items and am wondering what to expect.

Since you're a new seller, they will hold your funds until after tracking shows the item was delivered.

Since you never shipped it, they didn't release the funds.

Have a great day.

Payout date keeps getting pushed

I opted into Managed Payments during August, 2019. In my recent experience, my buyer's payment is my bank deposit in 4 business days. Upward and onward...

Payout date keeps getting pushed

I never received an email saying it was processed out. The total always stayed available but it was the payout date itself that was pushed to the next day for 2 days until I canceled. Wondering if its possible a daily payout error or if anyone else had that issue.

Ah ok, so the same way as getting paid through PayPal. I wasn't sure if they held it after it became available. Thanks for clearing it up.

Payout date keeps getting pushed

Hello, this also happens to me and I am not a new seller. I’ve been on the platform for over 1.5 years and have made many sales. My fund release dates keep getting pushed even after I send and track+deliver the item…

The person who started this thread is no longer a registered user so they can't answer you.  This thread is also 20 months old.  If you ever have a problem concerning your account on ebay as a seller,  feel free to open a thread of your own.  There are a lot of great people here to assist you and perhaps help you solve your issue. Make sure you are detailed concerning as well.

My guess is that you're a new seller and new sellers are subject to holds for up to 30 days.  This is to ensure the buyer that the transaction went positively and if there are any issues concerning not as described or non receipt, the funds will be available should the buyer file a claim.  You are located in Austrialia, so if it went to another country, theres going to be a wait.  You can also tap into your communities discussion forum to be better served:
