Payout Page - Not Showing on App or Website

Hi All,

Past 24-36 hours I have now been able to access my payout page on both the website and the app.

I can do the text verification on the app but it comes up....'Nothing to Show Here' once I've done that. When I try on the website, it just keeps reloading the previous page and will not show me.

Any help or advice would be brilliant. Thank you.

That’s peculiar, I’m not having that issue on either desktop or mobile device. As a matter of fact I just requested a payout. 
Have you tried using a different browser or logging out then back in on both the app and website? 
Is your device updated and browser current? 
Try also clearing cache and cookies in your web browser.
