Currently MC011 Suspended for late deliveries, mostly outside of my control but 17 positive feedback and my shipping speed on point..all orders arrived, recently, all problems over (bought a printer). anyway.
Now after I verified and reinstated my account by calling eBay and verifying my identity..again.. they unrestricted, then I get hit with this MC011. My problem is they are holding my $2000 in shipped orders, and now all of a sudden on the payments page, my Payout method is now "NONE" instead of my bank, also verified.
People have stated you get payouts after 30-60 days if suspended..since I am ID verified it should be 30 days or less. All of my orders have been shipped, those returned have been refunded (from my CC) and now all of a sudden my bank disappears from the payout method section.
I got to "Manage Payout" and my verified bank account is still listed... fishy.
Will get to the bottom of this by contacting eBay. If that yields no answers, you BET there will be an attorney's letter heading to Cali, jack. I have all the statements and documents proving I fulfilled orders that are delivered, still in dispute due to crappy tracking orders system used on eBays UI...cmon now. And Bots banning accounts en masse because of crappy software glitches.. CMON NOW.
I thought this was a safe and honest community?
Any help with this issue, is it a glitch? My "Payout Manage" page still reads my bank account for payouts (Currently NOT paying due to restriction that I am waiting on eBay to rectify)
Calling eBay support tomorrow to find out and fix this issue.
