Payout Failed AGAIN

I’m receiving emails that my payouts have failed & I need to contact my bank or check my info - which is correct. I’ve also seen that the issue has been corrected as of December 2 (today). However, I am still getting these emails & I have multiple payments I’m owed. Any info or resolution?? It’s sad they made these changes before having everything working...this is people’s income they’re messing with.

No, I still have my shop on vacation mode. I refuse to sell and make them money for FREE. So many people are experiencing this issue that I’m hoping they will eventually get their stuff together and do something about it.

People are getting upset , including me ! Can’t get paid , can’t get the problem fixed no matter what you do , follow the instructions to the tee , it still doesn’t work ! I have been waiting over a month for some payment and always get the same old response , bank information needs update or can’t verify ! People are upset !

Yes you are absolutely correct and you have every right to be upset.  Buy what you are talking about is not why the mod came to the thread in the hopes of getting some posters to simmer down.

 

With your issue I have been trying to help.  I talk about it every chance I get and I'm pretty honest about what I see on the boards.  The customer service offered to MP members is quite embarrassing.  It puts the whole site in a very bad light.  Which reflects on us all.  There is no good excuse for the lack of at a minimum of adequate customer service, but they don't seem to want to even do that.

 

There is no reason for you and many others to find yourself in this position other than an utter and complete FAILURE on Ebay / MP's part in providing proper customer service.  I am so sorry that you had to end 2020 with this problem still haunting you and to have this shadow still over you as we start 2021.

 

Let me say again, you have EVERY right to be upset and to express your current situation.  It is my hope that Ebay steps up to the plate and offers the customer service to you that you deserve and have every right to expect very soon.

It has always been the responsibility of ANY seller to keep their own business records.  That hasn't changed.  Any reports that we get off of Ebay, PP or any other site we sell on should be for checking and balancing our own records.  Not the records themselves.  

 

But you are complaining about reports you don't even have access to yet because you aren't in MP yet.  By the time you get into MP the reports will likely be better as they are slated to release improvements later this month.

 

FYI The community has rules for all of us to follow.  Not knowing those rules in no defense.   If any of us breaches them, there can be ramifications.
