Payout Declined, No Changes On My End

Just got a message from EBay stating that there is a problem with my bank receiving my payout today and that I need to check my account.

Here we go, I do not need to check or verify anything, I have had the same bank account for 32 years. I have been in Manage Payments since August and I have not had any issues with my Payouts until today.

My take is this: With the Christmas holiday fast approaching sales are picking up tremendously and Manage Payments are simply unable to keep up with the demand.

Just got the same thing, been in managed payments since it started. it's 2020....
