Hello,I have upload all the document as request,but Still my Payonner account  is under verification?please help me to verify my account Thanks,

This is not ebay customer service.  It is a Q&A forum for sellers and buyers.  Your verification can take a while to be approved.  Once you are verified it can take an additional 3-4 weeks to be approved to sell on ebay.  Ebay will send you a notification email that everything is in order and you are approved to sell.  After that has happened it's a good idea to attend the Ebay seller school:

It's self-paced courses that will give the tools and insight on how to be a good seller on ebay. Too many people sign onto Ebay only to make grave mistakes, violate policies and eventually become permanently suspended with out ever having a chance to sell anything.  Check it out and Good luck with your account.  verification.

You've only been on eBay a week.

It takes 2-4 weeks for a selling account to become activated. eBay will email you when you're all set.

Your government requires you to have a business license.

You can sell on either account, a personal or a business account. You must attach a Payoneer account for buyer payouts. You'll need a credit card for seller fees that will exceed your payout or if you have to refund and you already spent the money or it's still pending.

Your Payoneer account should match your eBay account, personal Payoneer to personal eBay. Business to business. 

Make sure the names and address  on all your accounts exactly match your National ID.

Attend Seller School while you wait.
