Payoneer withdrawal time

How much money is being held in our payoneer account in the new accounts. How long we need to stay in a new account to make a payout.

Payoneer is not a typical merchant account in that it is not a bank and does not hold the funds.

You don't want stay any more if you're account successfuly verified.

It can take over 24 hours for your bank to process the transactions and for the deposit process to be completed.

The money, or the payout  deposited into your Payoneer account by eBay  is held there by you. You can withdraw the money to the payment method you attached to your Payoneer account.

Payoneer doesn't held money. Only eBay held money of new sellers. That may be a month or higher. You can go to Seller Hub > Payments and check out the release date of the payments. After released, they'll available for Payout.
