Payoneer blocked my account after eBay management registration.

After eBay management registration i got the payout successfully couple of time on my payoneer account. However, i wanted to change my payoneer account so i linked the another payoneer and it took quite long time to verify and unsucess to verify later. So i tries to link the same payoneer account that i create while registering eBay management. Even it took time to verify, later after couple week both my payoneer has been blocked and tries to contact them. They can't reactive my payoneer account.  I have got around 1,200$ ebay fund on ebay. Whats should i do now? I can't create another payoneer account.  What will happen to fund that has been stuck on eBay? How to payout?

OP, you can only have 1 active Payoneer account at a time.
