Payments on hold though all methods work, live support 'currently unavailable'??

So kind of freaking out here. I recently returned to eBay as a seller, I have three payment methods with them (PayPal, debit card, bank account), all of which are valid. They sent me a payout to my bank account as recently as November, and have just asked me to verify transaction micro transaction amounts, which I did yesterday.
I have now had this email from them:
We require sellers to maintain a payment method on file to pay for fees and other selling costs. Your payouts are on hold because eBay has determined that your current payment method is not valid. This can happen if attempts to debit your bank account or charge your card have been declined, returned, or eBay could not confirm microdeposits to your account.
There is nothing on the site to explain why these perfectly valid payment methods are not working, esp since I know for a fact all of them do work. There is also zero means of speaking to anyone, I just get the message 'live support is currently unavailable'.
**bleep** do I do now?? Help!

Have you procided a check account ? Are the details exactly the same: Name etc as your eBay account?

Is it possible that the email was delayed in getting to you, and was sent prior to you verifying the micro deposits?
And why isn't there some kind of flag or notice in the seller flub if the payout account(payment method) is invalid(according to ebay)?
