Payments on hold still

Please, do not respond telling me to check the policies, I have already and reviewed several times the user agreement. They are holding my funds for no valid reasons, none whatsoever and they refuse to tell me why.

I have sold on eBay on and off since 2000, mainly purchased and would sell few times a year.

I stopped selling when they started with their new policy.  I started again at the beginning of May, I understood payment would be on hold at first with the first listings, which they did, of no problems. In June, no payment holds, go funds before sending items. I send items within less than 24 hours after receiving payment and I have done so for years. I pack my items very well, so in 24 years, nothing as ever been damaged in shipping.

Anyway, so like I stated, in June I got all my payments right away. For some obscure reasons, last week, all my payment were put on hold until delivery???? why? I did not violate any policies, send my item right away, except one because the buyer asked to hold it for a week, every single buyer received their packages quickly, basically no issues to warrant a hold??? I called eBay several times, and twice they refused to connect me to a " higher up" the guy proceeded to recite all the policies to which I asked what did I do wrong? did not answer and proceeded to lie about a 90 days hold in the user agreement ( it is not there I and several people have checked as well, not there). So basically, they are holding my funds for no reasons and when you try to find out why, they **bleep** you !!!

Well, I have few more items to sell and when it is done, I will never sell on this platform again. I have sold all my big tickets item elsewhere anyway or directly to  collectors, just have the last bits and pieces to sell.

They charge too much fees, do not respect their own policies and since they are now holding funds for no reasons, there is no incentives to keep selling here.  Ebay is very different from what is used to be.

Well, this response fit perfectly with the way eBay is conducting their business nowadays, they do not care.

Do you work for eBay or what? that is the problem with this platform, none does answer anything, they just give you links and they do not even bother reading what people post, maybe you should be the one in need of "wisdom"

So if you are so knowledgeable miss eBay, explain to me why my payments are on hold?? Why would they pay you right away for almost 100 sales and not the last 20? with no policy violations, sending parcel within 12 hours after payment, 100 positive feedback and so on, not one single issue, I mean even eBay could not respond, so what does your  wisdom has to say?.

And if you are going to give us the 90 days rules, please provide the link that  shows the exact phrasing where the 90 days rules is mentioned, because I  read it several times, even had other people look at it, with 0 mention of a 90 days period. 

But that is typical of eBay these days, insult people who have been here for years, done everything right, never had a complaint from seller, took the care in packaging every single items sold, taking care in sending every single parcels within 24 hrs ( when possible) and have maintained a perfect feedback, yeap, that must be the wisdom that escaped me, isn't ?

So expect to receive links to policies or no response at all.

eBay doesn't respond or monitor this public forum. Other eBay members (buyers and sellers) do we volunteer our time to help others the best we can. Since no one really knows why eBay placed a hold on your payouts all we can do is guess and give you links to policies. 
Your hostility towards the responder who gave you a link was uncalled for. All she was doing was trying to help, isn't that what you came here for?

They might hold funds for a lot of reasons we don't know about.

They can hold your funds for 30 days, no matter how long you've been selling and you agreed to all their terms when you listed the items.

Yes, Ebay is very different from what it used to be, tell me one place that isn't?
