I sold 2 items that were coupons that I electronically provided to the buyer instantly upon payment. My problem is that there was no tracking number or shipping since these were electronic. Now my payment is being held because it is not showing the item as being received. I put in the tracking number as "electronic certificate" and "item already received" but this doesn't seem to do anything. Any suggestions? Also, is there any way to email Ebay to get help with this? With the amount of commission I paid for this I at least would like to get some level of support from Ebay.

Nothing you can do but wait to see if the buyer files an INR for an refund or they release the hold on the funds.

The last thing you want to do is contact eBay and draw attention to the fact you violated eBay policies by selling digital codes. Wait out the 30 day payment hold.
