Payments and future payments

I just want to know when I sell an item does it always take long to get payments? I am in the process of selling my 2nd item and it says my funds should be available on July 5 and I sold the item on June 25th.  I am trying to pay for some things and don't want to have to wait this long on EVERY item I am selling.

Today is June 27th.  You state you sold on June 25th, two days ago.

Have you looked at your seller records and did you see that it's actually marked "Paid"?

If your buyer does not pay within four days, you can cancel on day #5, stating "buyer did not pay".

You need to build a good sales record. How long it takes to get there is up to eBay and your sales/shipping history. eBay is not the place for quick cash. At some point, the money will get to your checking account within the payout timeframe you have set if there are no issues.

When you're  new at selling eBay holds payments 14-30 days.

After you've been selling for 90 days and you sold 25 items worth $250 they'll remove the payment hold.

after establishing yourself, you will get your payouts within 2 days....

in the current financial environment, and compared to some other platforms...that's pretty quick

If the platform you're using states that your funds will be available on July 5th for an item sold on June 25th, it appears that there is a holding period of around 10 days. This means that it may take a certain amount of time for the funds to be released and become accessible to you.

If you have concerns about the payment timeline or need the funds more quickly, I recommend reaching out to the customer support or seller support of the specific platform you're using. They will be able to provide you with accurate information regarding their payment processing procedures and any potential options for expediting the release of funds.
