There are many glitches on this site today being reported from eBay. Just wanted you to know you're doing everything correctly and it's apparently not your card. Keep trying and perhaps it will go through. Best of luck to you....

i bought from 2 different sellers today too and one went through and one still not processing.  Not sure why??

Same problem here, one payment went through and another gives me this error:

No option to use a credit card either

How long should I wait until I find another seller?
