Payment time element on winning bid(s)

I had one a couple of bids while leaving on a trip and coming back on the last day to make payment, the seller withdrew the bid stating that I did not pay. I am always on point with making the payments.  I have a negative mark against me which hurts me from bidding.   How do I get back on the positive side?

Sellers can cancel for nonpayment after four days (96 hours).

One nonpayment strike will not hurt you, but if you have two within the last year, many sellers will preemptively block you from bidding or buying. If you have two unpaid item strikes, once a year has passed from the first without gaining any additional unpaid item strikes you should be able to bid or buy from sellers that block users with two or more unpaid item strikes.

If an individual seller puts your username on a blocked buyer list, that will not expire, however.
