Good morning everyone,
My name is Jory, I reside in Okinawa Japan.
I own a company (個人事業 Status), and I am trying to start my eBay to improve my company sales. I can connect myself through the Japanese website of eBay, and my address on my eBay account is also my Japanese address.
However, when I try to add my Japanese credit card to the payment method in order to start selling, I have a red message basically saying that I will be redirected to the French website , because I can't use eBay Japan.
I have a Franco-British dual citizenship, and however live in Japan, with a Japanese company and also a Japanese bank account.
Since I am shipping from Japan (Worldwide), I would like to use the Japanese eBay to list my products.
If registering my personal information on the French version of the webiste won't impact the fact that I can ship from Japan, then I will probably do it, however I want to be sure that this wont be an issue since there would be no reason to be redirected to the French website to begin with.
PS : I am not using any VPN and am currently (and all the time), in Japan
Regards,
JoryTCG

To start selling, you need to link a Payoneer account with a bank account.

You will need to link a Payoneer account to receive payments. Then you will need to attach a credit card for seller fees that don't come out of your payout.
After successfully linking a Payoneer account it takes eBay 2-4 weeks to activate your selling account. eBay will send you an email when you're all set.

Thank you for you answer.
I actually have a payoneer account with my Japanese address on it.
