Payment pending

I brought 4 items last week, checked out using paypal balance and 2 items arrived no problem. The other 2 are showing as payment pending and sellers are refusing to send the items due to it saying unpaid there end. Check paypal and its showing completed. I tried to open a case if nothing more than to get the system to check for an update only to find its saying the item is unpaid and to check my unpaid list, however when I do nothing is there. Is this my end or the sellers end?

What happens when you pretend to open an "Item Not Received" dispute here for each of those 2 unpaid items @inkvic78 does it say Unclaimed?
