Payment on hold

Previously, proceeds from sales were generally available within 2 days of confirmation of buyer's payment.

But now the funds will be on hold release for long time, what is the reason for this?

(I have been selling for two years and normally the funds will be released in two days)

If you experienced no sales for 90 days eBay withholds funds. 

You need to remove a couple of your listings.

eBay's Plant and Seed policy says plants and seeds located outside the U.S. are not allowed due to U.S. import restrictions.

I do not export live fruits and seeds. Dehydrated leaves and flowers are exported

Seeds mailed to the U.S. or other countries besides your own that can be planted in the ground to produce a plant, tree, vegetable, herb, fruit or flower are not allowed.
