Why does Ebay need my bank info from me, when I sold an item with Paypal as my prefered method of payment? Also no person to talk to about it. To get past the HELP portion of "payment on hold" , they want me to enter my bank info? Not gonna happen. Last time using Ebay for anything.

Pay Pal is no longer an option for sellers.
You have to sign up for Managed Payments, providing a checking account and the last 4 of your SSN to get paid.

PayPal does not process payments for any eBay transactions any more, so you can't receive payment into your PayPal account now, no matter what you put in the description. Have you shipped the item you sold last week yet?
eBay started rolling out managed payments in 2018, 4 years ago, and they completed the transition last year. Now, all sellers have to enroll in managed payments in order to receive payments. Your recent sale (and all your current listings) will be paid through managed payments.
You have to provide a checking account for managed payments to send your payments to. Also, you will need to provide your full SSN if you get close to $600 in total payments received, because of the new threshold for reporting a 1099-K to the IRS.
If you're not willing to comply with this, then you should end your current listings ASAP to minimize the amount of money that is tied up by this. You should also refund the current buyer, unless you have already shipped it. If you don't provide the information eBay needs, then they will eventually release it to your state (Michigan) as unclaimed funds, and you will be able to claim it from there. If eBay doesn't need it to refund your buyers, that is.
If you cancel your current transaction and refund the buyer voluntarily, then you should get a credit of the selling fees, except for the $0.30 cent fixed FVF. If eBay has to refund them, then you will owe the variable FVF as well.

It is not even possible;e to select that type of option..so I do not know how you think you chose it when you listed your items.

eBay no longer uses PayPal for your payments. Not for several years. Plenty of warning.
Payouts go into your checking account now. Plus you need to give eBay the last 4 numbers of your SSN.
If you don't plan on doing that you need to end your listings. If eBay has no where to send your payment then in 6 months they'll turn it into your state's unclaimed funds where you can claim it there.
