In most categories a buyer can use PayPal Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and then Google Pay or Apple Pay; the choice between these last two payment methods is dependant on the OS platform the buyer is using. 

With all of that said eBay does not allow American Express to be used in certain categories, like Jewelry, Coins and Paper money, and other high risk categories when the item's value exceeds a certain undisclosed dollar amount. eBay will not disclose exactly when and where this will occur.

They must have graduated a new class lately in the get rich with Ebay course.

You guys from Sri Lanka can not sell here until you have a legal way to be paid.

They are told, the more post they have here, the better chances of them being able to sell here.

And they even give them a list of questions to post here.
