What are the payment method We can use in eBay?

PayPal, G Pay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

The accepted methods a buyer can use to pay are Pay Pal, PayPal Credit,  debit and credit cards, Visa and Mastercard,  Discover, Amex,ApplePay and GooglePay. Payoneer is not an accepted method because eBay doesn't offer that during checkout like they do PayPal, however a Payoneer credit card is accepted.

I am sorry but Payoneer is not on eBay's accepted payments list of payments that eBay accepts.

A buyer can't make a payment with their Payoneer account.  You do not and will not see a Payoneer link to click on to make the payment. 

You may pay with a Payoneer credit card, however that would be a credit card payment. They do not ask who issued the card. There is nowhere to input "Payoneer" in the pay flow. They want the card holder's name, cc #, exp date and code on the back of the card. 

Sellers should not put in their payment policy Payoneer acceptetd because it's not.

eBay puts the payment methods in their listing so it's not necessary to tell buyers what you accept.
