Payment issues

Hey, I’m having trouble checking out on EBay. It is declining all payment options and gives the error “Please select different card or check your balance.” 
Troubleshooting steps taken so far:

signed out and back in

turned phone off & back on

signed in through Safari instead of app made sure my cards& PayPal are good

Can someone please help?!

You may be up against a buyer limit as you haven't bought much lately, or the seller may not ship to your country or have a problem with their account. Try contacting the seller.
