Payment hold`s and feedback

This is so out of hand, Last night sold 2 items to the same person, and out of nowhere eBay decided to place a hold on one of the payments, so I request a call that I was hung up on after 39 minutes, and the following email that they couldn't get a hold of me lol, I had explained the issue and just wanted a reason. 18-year seller never an issue and as of late have been shipping the same day payment made. and last month a buyer did a chargeback by mistake and had ebay messages saying he was sorry and reversed chargeback. He had left great feedback on the item and apologized and eBay removed his feedback . I am paying 12+% you work for me start acting like it **bleep**

I don't know if this means anything but in looking at the two auctions that sold recently

to the same person, it looks like the auctions actually ended on two different days.

eBay runs on California time and I think your Buyer bought one before midnight and one after.

That could be the reason one of the payments won't be in your payouts for this week.

As far as the removal of positive feedback, usually, the only time that happens is if the Buyer

is no longer a registered user.

I suspect this was the higher priced item you sold??
