Payment failed

I wanted to start selling on eBay but it seems to me that this isn't possible. I've been buying for two years now, but selling is somehow restricted for me. Over the last 2 weeks I've been contacted buy 8 different buyers from 8 different countries complaining about one thing — my account wouldn't accept payments from them. Support ensured me, that there's nothing wrong with my listings and everything should work. They recommended me to issue a manual invoice for each and every of my sales, which I personally found ridiculous: I bought over 300 different items from eBay and not once I received a manual invoice. Anybody else had the same issue?

It is not the seller's problem if eBay is not accepting their payment. If they don't  pay by 4 days cancel the transition citing buyer didn't  pay and relist.

However, please explain how 8 different buyers from 8 different countries have tried to pay and cannot when you have only sold three items?

And whether you realize it or not we can see your recent listings you sold. 

It's  a normal question to ask how 8 buyers couldn't pay when you sold 3 items.

Are you exaggerating or what?
