I refunded a buyer in the amount of 225.00 on December 1st, eBay say's my funds are still in the negative in that amount and my payment didn't go through, ok if the payment didn't go through then why hasn't the money been added back into my bank account, I have the email (receipt) showing that the payment was deducted from my account, that payment went somewhere and my standing with eBay is, I'm gonna have to make the payment again, I got to get this straightened out.
