Payment and refund

I have added one item to my chart , and went to place the order , when I place the order the money was deducted from my credit card account, but when I went to the purchase history, I did not find it? 

I called my bank, they confirm and said the money already deducted from my account, even I check my balance the amount is deducted.

So if the item is not listed on my purchase history , how I can refund and get back my money which been taken from my credit card account?

This might sound like a silly question, but I'm going to ask you anyway... did you try reloading the purchase history page a second time?

My experience has been that oftentimes, a browser will reload an earlier version of a page from its history cache, rather than the latest and greatest from the website. That earlier version, of course, would not have your purchase on it because at the time your browser saved it, your latest purchase hadn't yet been made and wouldn't have shown. Quite often, simply reloading the page will force the browser to fetch the newer version of the page.

If your purchase does not show up on eBay in a day or so, go to you credit card account an open a charge back.

Perhaps you bought the item as a guest and were not signed iNto you ebaY ACCOUNT.

Thank you for your response, which was not quite helpful, as the solution provided was also somehow silly, since this is the obvious that any one would do, even I checked after 2 days and nothing appeared in the purchase history.

Thank you for your response. Actually I called my bank, and they informed me that the ways to get my money, either to contact Ebay to cancel this transaction and money will be credited back to my account or I need to open a dispute which will take a lot of time.

I tried to search for Ebay's contacts, but I did not know how to ask for a refund, since nothing related to this order is shown in my eBay account, in order to open a case or to ask for direct refund, etc.

Go to My eBay - Purchases - and click the down arrow to change the date range, sometimes it glitches
