It's not a matter of the best, it's what is required.

eBay has a variety of payment methods a buyer can pay with, and eBay puts the methods they accept in the listings.

Have you looked at items for sale? Did you notice the types under payments?

Ebay decides what payment methods are acceptable.  If the money you receive pays your bills, they are all great ways to pay.  One or the other really doesn't make a difference.  A payment is a payment.
