Is there a problem with payments due to eBay's transition from PayPal? I never had a payment problem in the past, but now auction winners are not paying?

Managed payments do not stop a buyer from paying unless there is a glitch in Paypal or eBay.

How long since the auction was won ?

No pays on auctions are unfortunately common enough.

What you describe doesn't have anything to do with deadbeat buyers. Just a rough patch, I'd guess. Good luck.

On one item it was sold on 6/2 and after several contacts and no response I cancelled the order 0n 6/9 and relisted it. Guess what, it sold yesterday for $40 less and still no payment or communication from the buyer?
