Paying went wrong

Please help me 

I tried to order some boots.

I tried to use the "instant bank transfer" feature and when I did the steps in my bank account and payed for it. I got send to a page that said 'something went wrong please try again'

The amount is gone from my bank account but the seller didn't get my money

What can I do to get a refund?

I have never seen "instant bank transfer" in any US eBay payment options.  Wire transfers are instant bank transfers, and is that what you made? They're allowed to be offered in some European countries but if you pay that way you aren't covered by MBG.

I'm in Europe and the guy I tried to buy it from is in germany. This guy is really trustworthy I met him last week and bought some boots of him in cash. He's got a couple hundred reviews of happy people so I don't think its a scam. (I don't hope so at least)

You'll be fine then.

Seems the only thing that was instant was getting it from your account.  May need to allow a day or two for the transfer to be completed to seller.
